ProAssisting’s EA has real-life experience and can achieve six-figure compensation packages in an office. Ethan and Stephanie stated that ProAssisting’s support service is different from most of the virtual EA that just matched 6 to 12 clients a month.
During their full-time jobs, they find out that a 3:1 executive-to-assistant ratio was perfect in EA support service which is why they proved that ProAssisting EA support service when both of them can successfully work with 3 clients each.
ProAssisting’s EA works with every client throughout the day. One of the main features of ProAssisting according to Bull is that it charges by resources instead of hours. Currently ProAssisting charges $3,000 per month for one-third of resources. Right now the company has had some clients for more than five years right from the start.
